I'm Charlie, a 29 year old designer, music producer, and DJ.


1) Tell something about your life before and the reasons why you have become location independent.
I got bored of living in my hometown and experiencing the same things over and over. After too much repetition, I wanted something different. Completely different. China was the most different place I could think of, so I went there.


2) How did you plan a new life as a location independent?
I didn't really have much of a plan. I just went. After I arrived I found many more opportunities than I had imagined.


3) What is your job or source of travels funding?
I spent years DJ'ing and doing freelance web design and development. The last 8 months I've been working with a small but talented group of engineers, developing iPhone and iPad applications.

1) Can introduce you and your family?

I'm married with three kids aged 6-12 years old.

2) Tell something about your life before and the reason that motivated your whole family to became location independent.

My husband and I have always loved travelling but that slowed down a lot after we had kids. Since then we've only lived in New Zealand, Costa Rica and Australia but we're lucky to pick and choose the best places in the world.

Ayngelina and her passion for South America

I'm Ayngelina and I'm 33. A year ago I left a great job, boyfriend, apartment and friends to travel through Latin America.

1) Your life before and the reason that motivated your to became location independent.

I hadn't started out wanting to be location independent. In fact, it wasn't until a couple months ago that I realized it was an option for me. I have always enjoyed working for other people but if I want to continue traveling I have to  become an entrepreneur.
